License for a Single VidyoGateway Virtual Edition (VE) Instance for VMware Environments supporting up to 10 HD 20 SD or 50 CIF Concurrent Connections of Legacy H.323 and SIP Videoconferencing Endpoints to Vidyo Conferences Licenses may be used on Different Servers at Different Times as long as they are associated with the VidyoCloud Service but the Total Number of Concurrent Instances of VidyoGateway VE may not exceed the Total Number of VidyoGateway VE Licenses purchased at Any Given Point in Time Server Hardware Hypervisor and Related Virtualization Software NOT included For use with VidyoCloud Service ONLY Includes Vidyo Support & Maintenance at Similar Level to that provided under the VidyoCloud Service Subscription License and Support will expire and All Software Instances must be deleted upon Termination of Subscription to VidyoCloud Service Requires Purchase of Remote Installation Service Sold Separately
